At Pearl of Dunes, we want to make sure your order reaches you smoothly. Please read below for details on our shipping process, timelines, and costs.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping outside the UAE at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they are shipped. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and handover to our shipping partner. Processing times may occasionally be longer during sales, promotions, or public holidays — we will notify you of any significant delays.

Orders are not processed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays in the UAE.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the UAE typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates may vary slightly).

Estimated total time from order to delivery: approximately 4–9 business days, combining processing and shipping time.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to any location within the UAE. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available through our shipping partner) so you can follow your delivery status.

6. Delays

While we work hard to meet the timelines above, occasional delays may occur due to courier logistics, high order volume, weather conditions, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we'll help track it down.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pearl of Dunes is not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
